1. 2 Coaching sessions to help you discern how to move forward as an organizational leader around issues of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
2. A facilitated dialogue with colleagues on issues most pressing to your organization as you think about how to design an organizational change process rooted in racial equity.
3. A 90-minute workshop on a diversity, equity or inclusion topic of your choice.
4. A gathering of parents to build our competence and confidence raising children who learn to name inequities as they see them in their lives.
