The auction winner must schedule the rounds according to the following guidelines:
1. Rounds must be played Monday through Friday at a time that suits the event schedule of Oakmont Country Club, as well as the personal schedule of the sponsoring donor.
2. Package must be redeemed by September 30, 2019
3. Visit must be scheduled through the sponsoring donor, who will accompany and play with the individuals.
4. Lunch will be served at a time appropriate with the scheduled time and will be determined by the sponsoring donor.
5. Auction award winners are subject and must adhere to all regulations as set forth by Oakmont Country Club, including dress code, cell phone usage, and appropriate behavior.
