PAVY autographed book, DVD, signed 22" x 15" poster Value $75
In "Accident And Deception: The Huey Long Shooting," Dr. Donald Pavy vindicates Dr. Carl Weiss of the false allegations connecting him to the shooting of Huey P. Long in the Louisiana State Capitol in Baton Rouge, LA on September 8th 1935. In this book, he discusses his firm conviction that extensive medical and other evidence, paired with specific information, in sworn affidavits, from the Superintendent of Louisiana State Police Francis Grevemberg and others, that Huey Long was in fact not shot by Dr. Carl Weiss, but was instead accidentally shot by a named bodyguard escorting Long. Pavy's book on this thought provoking controversy is a must read. Take a look inside to uncover what has been hidden from the public through an elaborate cover-up engendered by public corruption regarding the death of Senator Huey Long for over half a century.
"PAVY," a 17-minute documentary by director Carrie Simon, producer Vicky Branton, won Live Oak Awards from the 2019 Iberia Film Festival for Best Documentary Film and Best Local Film.
The late Dr. Donald A. Pavy did not set out to change history, except to clear the family names. Before he died the summer of 2019, the completion of the award-winning short documentary was a first step to continuing his quest.
