Item Description
The successful bidder for this item will receive the fine art print of their choice, of which "Milky Way Over Temple" is one example, from fine art photographer and naturalist Archie Frink.
Part of Mr. Frink's goal in producing prints is to have them be carbon-negative. Production of the average print generates 15 to 20 pounds of carbon. Mr. Frink contributes 1 ton (2,000 lbs) of carbon offsets from print sales to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The printer is a local business near Mr. Frink's Appalachian hometown in East Tennessee.
Archie Frink describes himself as, "a Western creative based in Oregon with extensive, lifelong intimate knowledge of North America's wildernesses. My goal is to create compelling, wondrous perspectives of natural processes in motion within our wild world. My passions are climate, art, travel, deep ecology, sustainable business, awareness of ourselves and of the Earth, and a lifestyle that begins in our natural world and leads to new ideas and deeper living."
