Oh What A Night! was a great success! 

Thank you all for taking the time to support The Marin School. 

Our most heartfelt thanks goes out to anyone and everyone who contributed anything to the 2019 Gala. If you donated, volunteered, bid, purchased, sponsored, decorated, or just encouraged someone else to do so, we thank you and we love you. While we are still have the online auction sales to tally, we know that this year's event will set a new standard for many years to come.

Gala `19 Auction Committee

Aside from serving as Auction Chair, Ilene Snyder was the author behind most of the "oh-so-clever" Bidding For Good emails and worked in concert with Sierra Antonio on our social media posts. Michelle Torretto and Rebecca Drake with help from Sierra Antonio and Josh Cardenas were responsible for transforming the PAC into our own Studio 54. Diane Keenley, Adrienne Hankin, KT Butler, Paige Petrini and Jennifer Marks pounded the pavement to either procure auction items or recruit Count Me In! parties for our community to enjoy. Lastly, our Editor-in-Chief, Erin Wood, made us look good by proof-reading every single donation published on our auction platform. Thank you doesn't begin to describe the gratitude we feel for the time, inspiration, and perspiration this team gave to make TMS shine.

Also, noteworthy were the angels who worked quietly behind the scenes to make a difference like Alison Healy and Louis Martinez who donated a record number of items for the silent and online auction. Alison and Louis also showed-up along side Pamela Ahuncain to help our crew with Gala set-up. Finally, our thanks goes to our three raffle ticket go-go girls, Alison Healy, Paige Petrini, and Jennifer Marks who sold enough tickets to set a new record for TMS of $3,400!

A small army turned out to cover the expenses of the Gala so that this event could really be called a fundraiser. Because of all you, in combination with our tickets sales, TMS was able to cover the expenses of the Gala. That means every dollar we made at the live and will make on the online auction will go to the TMS bottom line.

The Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees played an important role in the success of this Gala as well. They supported our Gala by purchasing tickets, bidding on items, sponsoring teachers, buying raffle tickets, and donating enough wine to stock our bar and add rocket fuel to silent and live auction items.

How Do I Collect My Winnings?

The Marin School will be mailing all letter size items via first class mail to winning bidders May 9-17, 2019.

If you have won a physical item, you can either visit the school's Development Office at 150 N. San Pedro Rd, San Rafael, CA to pick up the item, or you can instruct us to send it home with your student. However, if the winning item is an alcoholic beverage, we must insist that you pick-up the item yourself or send an adult over the age of 21. 

If you live out of the Marin County region and have won a physical item which requires additional shipping costs as noted in the special instructions of the winning item, we will contact you to confirm that shipping charge and send it.
