The American Conference on Diversity Online Auction opens on October 11, 2021!

The American Conference on Diversity serves as an advocate, an educator, a facilitator, a motivator, and a convener of people to promote diversity and inclusion.

The American Conference on Diversity, historically known as the National Conference of Christians and Jews, has been a bulwark of the values equity and justice for more than 70 years.  With roots in opposing injustice, inequality, and racism, we first gained a reputation as a fighter against religious intolerance and the Ku Klux Klan. We continue to tackle America's unfinished business of building bridges across cultural divides.

As New Jersey faces spikes in hate crime, we ask for your support to secure the future of diversity and inclusion in our schools, workplaces, and communities. Diversity and inclusion are under attack, and we need your help to fight back.  To continue this vital work, we need you and everyone in your sphere of influence to join us.

Our signature Lead for Diversity Institute has more than 3,000 graduates, and 85% of our program volunteers are graduates of the program. Our programs continue to build strong character among youth and creating courageous spaces to engage in dialogue. Students develop leadership skills that position them for success in their pursuit of education and future careers. Employers throughout New Jersey are expecting this new generation of leaders
to propel this nation to new levels of respect and dignity for all humanity.
