You and 25 of your friends will help commemorate the Rotary Club of Tucson's 100th Centennial Auction while you learn how to cook modern dishes with ingredients that have been growing here on the banks of the Santa Cruz River for 5,000 years.

This entertaining video class includes Wilder's delicious, original recipes that will expand your repertoire as they illustrate why Tucson is being recognized world-wide for our unique gastronomic scene.

As a special Rotary Club bonus, Wilder will include a live zoom introduction and post class live question and answer period. This is a unique opportunity, including a complete set that was created just for this auction.
