Item Description
Designed by Cynthia Ryan and Human rights activist Shiva Sarram. The collection was launched originally in 2009 and now re-launched in 2022.
Help give voice to the protests against gender apartheid in Iran and support the uprisings where protestors are calling for a new form of government.
By wearing these new pendants and bracelets, you are helping to amplify the voices of the young girls and women, and the young men who stand by them, as they seek justice and freedom.
IRAN, written in Farsi, is carved into solid sterling, white brass and yellow brass sculptural 3/4 inch diameter discs that are thread onto 1mm olive green leather cord. Please note, the yellow brass will darken to a deeper gold color over time as pictured. The IRAN carving will also darken in each metal through the natural tarnishing process.
The leather cord incorporates a slip knot to adjust for the fit you want.
