You and 5 friends will relax and refresh with a one hour private yoga session in the Hudson River Museum’s new West Wing galleries. Karen Young of KEY Wellness will lead a class in the cantilevered glass overlook, which provides a dramatic three-sided panoramic view of the Hudson River and the majestic Palisades, and surrounded by the immersive exhibition, Kengo Kito: Unity on Hudson. Karen believes yoga can be a catalyst for a fulfilling life.  Yoga allows one to remove obstacles from their path.  The uncluttered path leads to dream realization.

After more than 10 years of suffering from chronic pain, Karen began practicing yoga, and now enjoys a nearly pain free life.  Specializing in yoga for pain relief, sports specific yoga, Iyengar and Vinyasa, she currently leads private sessions across America and group classes at Breaking Ground Dance Center in Pleasantville, Equinox, and private country clubs.  She is the creator of ZenPump, Children: Natural Yogis Yoga Teachers Training, and Westchester’s Only Yoga for Golfers Series.  In 2015, her classes were named “One of Top Five Workouts in Westchester” by Westchester Family Magazine.
