Tempe, AZ – March 28th, 2009 – Paw Placement Animal Rescue is fighting the recent surge in home foreclosures the only way we know how . . . by providing safe haven for the cats and dogs who have no place to go when their human families lose their homes. However, as a rescue group, we are facing troubled times. Fewer people are adopting now that financial times are tight and donations are down.
One-hundred percent of all monies raised through this auction will go to rescue homeless cats and dogs in need, provide resources to foreclosure victims seeking safety for their animals and to promote community awareness about responsible animal caretaking.
You are invited to attend Paw Placement’s Annual Trail Trek! Come take a hike for homeless animals. Enjoy a stroll with your dog, participate in family-fun canine contests and help our four-footed friends.
PLEASE NOTE: All items in the ONLINE AUCTION will be up for bid at the LIVE EVENT. If you have your heart set on winning an item but cannot attend the event, please be sure to place an ABSENTEE BID before the ONLINE AUCTION closes.

Paw Placement Animal Rescue has been saving lives since 2002. Never have we experienced such hard times as we have in the past 10 months. The economy is bad and it is affecting everyone - two-footed and four.
