On Saturday, October 22, Santa Monica High School's Centennial Plaza was the spectacular setting for our Tenth Annual Sweet Serenade and Silent Auction.
This unique musical fundraising event benefits Samohi's award winning musical program; our choirs, under the direction of the remarkable Mr. Jeffe Huls (subject of the award-winning documentary "Big Voice"), are among the most accomplished in the region and have performed classical repertoire in cities around the world.
High quality arts programs in a diverse public school like ours are only sustained through the generosity of arts supporters like you. Nearly all Santa Monica High School's choral program expenses, including sheet music, vocal coaching, state of the art music technology, festival fees, transportation and tour scholarships are covered by Sweet Serenade proceeds.
