Happy HolidaysThank you for your support of Guide Dogs of America's Holiday Fund-A-Need Campaign through your generous donations and by inviting family and friends to join in. Whether you made 1 donation or many, your participation is an invaluable part of our fundraising efforts. Through your generosity, you help provide mobility and independence to visually impaired men and women from across the United States and Canada.

Please join us for our Open House Silent Auction this spring...

We've always had so much fun with our Open House Silent Auctions that we are already getting ready for next year. And, we are collecting donations to make this a fun and exciting event. So, if you'd like to donate travel, entertainment, or sports packages, just let us know at GuideDogsofAmerica@biddingforgood.com. We are in need of tickets to sporting events - the Dodgers, Angels, Kings, Lakers and Clippers come to mind. Or, tickets to an evenings entertainment - a night at the Hollywood Bowl is always popular at the auction. Or, a cabin in the woods that you could make available for a week or weekend. Or... well the list just goes on and on. The more donations we have, the more fun the auction will be. Whether you donate or want to bid on the donations, be sure to check back in with us this spring!

Independence — Companionship
Confidence — Freedom

Guide DogHaving a guide dog gives me freedom! The cane touches everything, including people. The dog passes by or goes around. I have not only freedom on the street, but peace of mind. — Greg Hoover

Guide DogWith Tucker, I've been able to start hiking again, one of my favorite activities. We're not going to break any speed records but we're outdoors, enjoying nature and blowing the socks off of other hikers who see us trekking the trails. — Karl Mundstock

Guide DogMy guide and I show everyone we meet that you can be independent and mobile with a guide dog. We are a living example of where sponsorships, donations and volunteering of time goes. — Teresa Blevins

Thank you for all you do for Guide Dogs of America! Our mission to provide guide dogs free of charge to the visually impaired is only possible because of your support.
