Bidding begins Mon., Feb. 27 at 9 AM and closes Wed., Mar. 8 at 8 PM!
Our Parent Volunteer Association's Annual BASH is the PVA's primary fundraiser AND (perhaps more importantly) one of our PCS Community's primary adults-only all school FUN-raisers! Yet in years past, many parents have been unable to attend the event.

This year, we want to be sure EVERYONE can participate in the FUN-raising! Whether you plan to attend on March 4 or not, be sure to click on the "View All Items" button above then choose "Live Event Only" and "Online Only" at the top of the left column to see which items will be available on March 4 and which will be auctioned online from Feb. 27 at 9 AM through Mar 8 at 8 PM. 

There truly is something for everyone! PLEASE NOTE: Most of our local gift certificates, a few special PCS Community offerings, and some amazing big-ticket items will be available ONLY in our ONLINE AUCTION! Click HERE to view our ONLINE ONLY items.

Dress in denim or diamonds...
Be sure to wear boots made for walking! Arrive in time to stroll across the covered bridge and check-in in our heated silent auction tent. There'll be grass underfoot as you peruse auction items, enjoy hors d'oeuvres, and sample Santa Cruz Mountain wine and beer so save your high heels for later.

 

BASH Buffet Menu:

Chicken Marsala and/or Flat Iron Steak or Grilled Portobello Mushrooms with Olive Oil and Herb Glaze (vegetarian option), arugula salad with mandarin oranges, shaved fennel & citrus vinaigrette, herb roasted potatoes & seasonal vegetables. Mini cupcakes by Buttercup Cakes and Farmhouse Frosting for dessert with a S'more bar and warming fire following the Live Auction!

Guests check-in & preview auction. Arrive early to be sure you see all of our fabulous items!


6:00-7:15 PM 
Silent auction, local wine & beer tastings & hors d'oeuvres.
 
7:15-9:00 PM
Dinner, PCS entertainment & live auction.
 
9:00-10:00 pm
S'mores, live music, dancing, socializing & check-out.

BASH Supports Our PCS Community
BASH (Building A Scholastic Heritage) is the PCS Parent Volunteer Association's biggest fundraiser. The PVA invests the money we raise through BASH in community-building events, student clubs, and activities, and major projects for the enrichment of the PCS student body and parent community. 

Recent major projects have included:

  • Building the outdoor seat wall
  • Purchasing Student Center and deck furnishings
  • Additional new furnishings for the new building
