The Kaleidoscope 2017 Auction is now closed. Thank you all for taking the time to point, click and bid in order to support New Roads School! Congratulations to everyone who:

  • placed a winning bid
  • generously donated an item for auction
  • invited family, friends and community to make their bid to build a better world

AUCTION FULFILLMENT

Now that you have won that incredible item (or items), how to you get it?

Out of Town / State Bidders:  We will start packing items for shipment on May 3, 2017.   This will take us a couple of days.  We expect to begin shipping on Monday, May 8.  Most items will be sent Priority Flat Rate Mail through the United States Postal Service unless the auction item listing indicated another shipping method.

Bidders with a local address:  You should receive an email on Tuesday, May 2 asking if you would like to pick up your item at the school or have it shipped to you.  If you have not let us know your preference yet, please email us at kaleidoscope@newroads.org. 

Picking Up At New Roads School:  If your child does not attend New Roads School, you need to let us know that you would like to pick your items up at the school.  Otherwise, we will ship them and charge accordingly.  Pick Up Orders will be ready starting Monday, May 2 (unless you have made other arrangements already).  Pick up hours are between 9am and 4pm each school day.  If this will not work with your schedule, please email kaleidoscope@newroads.org so we can make other arrangements. 

New Roads School Families, Staff & Alumni  New Roads Community orders will be distributed beginning Tuesday, May 2 in the Development Office.
