FULL ECLIPSE & HELP FOR ZIMBABWE

Online Auction is Open!

This auction is running to August 21th, 2017, although some items will close early so that bidders will be assured of their camping spot.

Proceeds are directed to Ancient Ways, a charitiable 501(c)3 non-profit working in the US and Zimbabwe, and its projects that uplift the children in Zimbabwe.  We operate a rural preschool in Mhondoro in partnership with Zimbabweans, as well as numerous youth programs, to help the children during these extreme times of hardship.  We became a charitable non-profit in 1996.

Auction items are specifically weekend camping packages, trailer/RV spaces and simply "an unobstructed view of the eclipse".

This opportunity brings us together to take in this magnificent and rare occasion with other like-minded individuals. If you are interested in a unique experience in Oregon's mid-Willamette Valley in the foothills of the Cascades, join us for camping and/or Monday morning's view of the total eclipse.

If you are a musician and are able to come for the weekend, please let us know so you can share in the venue!

So, tell your friends, family, and community, and, let the bidding begin!

Make Your Bid to Support Ancient Ways and rural children in Zimbabwe!

Now is your chance to not only get that special eclipse camping opportunity, but to do it knowing you are helping support our organization and mission. We have been working in Zimbabwe since 2000 to uplift the people, and improve sub-standard living conditions, sponsoring thousands of children to attend school (education is not free in Zimbabwe), building huts, toilets, wells, and fuel-efficient smokeless stoves, as well as providing health resources, including mainstream and complimentary alternative approaches.

The focus of this auction is the preschool where we feed the children a daily meal (often their most substantial one), as well as help the youth stay in school with various support both afterschool and on weekends, including education about HIV, teen pregnancy, and other issues concerning maturing girls.  We currently are providing Mhandara Monthly Care to 100 young girls with the help of many sponsors.

We all love our Zimbabwean neighbors and want to share that with you through their music, and this incredible opportunity to see the August 21st, 2017 eclipse in Oregon's mid-Willamette Valley.
