Bid early and bid often for a great cause! This year’s Online Auction runs from April 20 to May 3 and showcases more than 150 fabulous items in every category. From premium sports and concert tickets to diamond earrings, there is something for everyone! The auction features many of the most popular items from past auctions, including priceless handcrafted items created by our own amazing students.

Butler Montessori, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is a preschool through 8th grade school with students and families coming from the many wonderful cities and communities of Montgomery County and up the I270 Corridor into Frederick County. Auction proceeds support our “Give a Buck for the Butler Truck” Fund, which directly impacts our extensive outdoor education and equestrian programs.

Auction Item Pick-Up Dates

The Online auction closes May 3, 2018 at 8pm. Items will be available to pick up at Butler Montessori located at 15951 Germantown Rd, Darnestown, MD 20878 on Tuesday, May 8th and Wednesday, May 9th between 7:30am-6:00pm. Check each item description for information on shipping. All gift cards and letter-sized certificates not picked up by 6:00 pm on May 9 with be mailed in envelopes to bid winners using first class letter-sized postage. No insurance or tracking will be available for these items. The school is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Special Instructions

Unique offerings are limited to sale to the Butler Montessori Community Members. Check item description prior to bidding.
Read the description of the item in full; we make our best effort to include any and all critical information, as provided by the donor. It is the responsibility of the bidder to read through before placing the bid.
Once you place your bid, it cannot be retracted. Please make sure you are aware that ALL bids are final and cannot be removed.
Lost or stolen vouchers/gift cards cannot be replaced.
If the item purchased goes out-of-business before the item is redeemed, it is not the responsibility of Butler Montessori to replace the item or refund the money; please use your gift cards/vouchers at your earliest convenience.
Successful bidders are responsible for any or all arrangements that need to be made with the donor, if applicable.
