The Friends of Blackstone School is a dedicated group of neighbors and businesses in the South End who provide financial and volunteer support for the teachers and students of the Blackstone Innovation School.
Our Spring Fundraiser, taking place at Stella on June 4, is a cocktail reception featuring creative cuisine by Evan Deluty, Chef and Founder of Stella; cheeses from Formaggio Kitchen, and wines from local wine importers. The event will also feature a silent auction of goods, services and experiences of interest to the South End/SOWA neighbors and friends of the Blackstone.
Proceeds from the event will support literacy programs, field trips, art and music programs, and other learning activities that enrich the lives of Blackstone Innovation School students.
