On Broadway Performing Arts Training Program's Summer Auction is now open!

The auction will run from August 9, 2018 to August 23, 2018, with proceeds going to support all of the performing arts training and hands-on arts education experiences of On Broadway PATP.

A bit about On Broadway PATP

On Broadway PATP is a child-centered, family-focused, arts education organization that brings Broadway uptown. With conservatory-style performing arts training, hands-on arts education experiences and mentoring, we support youth in reaching their potential both on and off the stage. Our mission is to engage, empower and excite young people through the performing arts.

On Broadway’s approach is unique, rooted in a deep understanding of child social development. It utilizes a strengths-based approach that focuses on children’s strengths and not their shortcomings. In doing so, we create a safe space for youth to explore their insecurities, build their confidence and empower them to transform their challenges into assets...that the very thing about themselves that makes them feel insecure, self-conscious and/or self-doubtful.....is most likely their strength! It's what makes them unique and is what makes them stand out. We encourage them to go out of their comfort zone.

We turn no child away, and although our program is socioeconomically diverse, 80 percent receive some type of financial assistance. 60% of fundraising goes to scholarships and 40% goes to costumes, shoes, sets and other production needs.
