The Cape May Music Festival Auction is now open. The auction will run from May 27, 2019 to June 14, 2019, with proceeds going to Mid Atlantic Center for the Arts & Humanities in order to support Caoe May Music Festival. About the Cape May Music Festival and our Education Outreach Programs:
Each spring, MAC presents the Cape May Music Festival, a three-week music series featuring the residency of the New York Chamber Ensemble and the Bay-Atlantic Symphony. During the school year, MAC also presents an educational outreach program in conjunction with the Festival. The project is "Song to Symphony" with composer Eliot Bailen. Each year a different topic is chosen and Mr. Bailen visits classrooms to write songs with students to relate the story in music. The project culminates in a concert featuring the songs written and performed by students.
The Cape May Music Festival is funded in part by the New Jersey State Council on the Arts/Department of State.
