The 17th Annual Art & Wine With Something MORE is going virtual in 2021! Covid may have kept us from having two essential events this past year, but MORE's premier event of the year is being reimagined and will take place as an exciting online affair. The focus of this year's event will continue to showcase the amazing one-of-a-kind art created by people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You won't want to miss it!

The reimagined Art & Wine With Something MORE event has something for everyone! Supporters of MORE can participate in this event through sponsorships, ticket purchases, cyber art sales, silent and live auctions. Art sales and the silent auction will begin online Monday, January 11th, culminating with the virtual celebration on Saturday, January 16th at 5:00 pm. Guests will be entertained by local celebrity, Josh Varozza, known around the world for his charity calendar and now host of the new television series Breaking Beauty.
Along with entry to the online festivities, each ticket holder will receive a delicious John Sanders meal with a bottle of El Dorado County Wine. Delectable meal choices include Dijon Chardonnay Chicken stuffed with fire roasted peppers & herb cheeses or Vegetarian Butternut Squash Ravioli with basil parmesan sauce. Meals can be picked up at MORE the day of the event, between 2:00-4:00 pm. Tickets are $55 each or two for $100.
Proceeds will benefit the Peggy DeWolf Memorial Garden Plaza now under construction in front of MORE for outdoor community events.
Virtual Celebration - January 16th - 5:00 pm
To join our online event:
Event Room will open at 4:45 pm with the celebration beginning at 5:00 pm. You can sign on from a computer, laptop or tablet that has a microphone, or from a smart phone.
Signing on from a computer, laptop or tablet:
- Open up Chrome, Safari or a different web browser and go to www.morerehab.org/artandwine
- You will be directed to our website and then automatically redirected to our Zoom room
If you have not used Zoom on the device you are using it will ask you to install the program (click and save file). When it finishes downloading open the file and click run. The program will open and you will be admitted into the event's Zoom room.
Signing on from a smart phone:
- Download the Zoom app (from the App Store or Google Play)
- Open the app and click "Join a Meeting"
- Enter 225 389 1840 for the meeting ID
- Enter your name and click "Join"
