The Optimist International Foundation 50th Anniversary is now open. The auction will run from February 11, 2021 to March 11, 2021, with proceeds going to OPTIMIST INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION in order to support youth and community projects around the world. Auction items range from exotic vacation getaways to donated items guaranteed to delight and surprise. So, tell your friends, family, community. Let the bidding begin!
Mission
Seeking, receiving and managing funds and real personal property for the benefit of Optimist International and its Member Clubs in its charitable, literary and educational activities.
Vision Statement
We envision a Foundation that can provide significant funding for Optimist International?s youth and service programs and is proudly supported by individual Optimists, their Clubs, and the community at large.
Optimist Internatinal Foundation was established in 1971 to support the charitable, education and literary purpuses of Optimist International. Oi is a community service-based organization commited to creating a more optimist future for communities and youth through innovative programs. OIF works with the over 2300 Clubs worldwide on a wide range of programs and services. OI collectively serves over One Million youth with programs such as the Oratorical and Essay Scholarship Contest, Junior Optimist Clubs, Childhood Health and Wellness programs, Junior Optimist Golf Progam, Grants to Clubs for Diaster Relief efforts and much more. In addition, OIF works with partners of OI such as Johns Hopkins Pediatric Cancer Hopstial and Ronald McDonald House Charities.
OIF is accredited by the Better Business Bureau.
