Running the Race with Love - St. Andrew Youth Auction 2021 is now open!  The auction will run from April 9 to April 16, 2021 with proceeds supporting youth summer mission trips.  There is something for everyone!  Tell your friends, family, community.  Let the bidding begin!

 

All auction items will be available for pick up beginning April 18th following our Live Auction event at St. Andrew UMC.  The live auction begins at 2:30 pm with live music from Reunited, followed by the live auction from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm.  Finish out a fun afternoon by staying for great food from two local food trucks.   All proceeds from the silent auction and live auction will support youth summer mission trips.  5% of food sales will also support our cause.  

PLEASE NOTE: NO ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED UNLESS YOU AGREE TO PAY ALL THE SHIPPING CHARGES.  You must supply a valid credit card to the auction chairperson before shipping.  There are NO REFUNDS on winning bids.  

 

Cash Donations also help our youth mission trips.  

Your Donation of.....

$50 will:

  • Stock one first aid kit for one of the two high school trips to Houston for hurricane recovery work.
  • Provide 10 gallons of milk for breakfast for the 30 youth and adults working at Circle J Ranch in Wyoming.
  • Buy mini-bus fuel for the Denver Metro mission experience in July.
  • Cover the cost of ice cream after an injury-free mission trip with Christian Community Services in Alamosa.
     

$100 will:

  • Cover the cost of breakfast one morning on the University of Northern Arizona campus during the Flagstaff mission trip.
  • Provide a cash donation to a Texas church that allows Houston mission trippers to spend the night en route to their destination.
  • Allow an adult volunteer chaperone to help with an in-state mission trip at no cost to them (other than a week off work).
  • Help with the cost of food for our May 26th mission trip safety meeting.
     

$250 will:

  • Underwrite the cost of one night's lodging at a youth hostel en route to the Flagstaff mission trip.
  • Cover the cost of sack lunch, breakfast, and dinner groceries for one of the two Houston hurricane recovery mission trips.
  • Pay for lunch for the Circle J Ranch Wyoming mission team on their way back to St. Andrew.
  • Supplement the cost of getting 15 students CPR/first aid training this summer.
     

$500 will:

  • Be used toward our deposit for 2022 international mission trip flights.
  • Help cover the cost of our July Sleep in Heavenly Peace bunkbed build.
  • Provide groceries for the Alamosa mission trip, including a picnic lunch and admission to the Sand Dunes National Monument on the group's way home.
  • Allow the Denver Metro mission team to deliver donations to its partner agencies for the local trip: Extreme Community Makeover, Messiah Mountain Retreat Center, and Help & Hope Center food pantry.
