Bay Farm Gala & Auction 

We are thrilled to bring back the Bay Farm School Gala & Auction, an event that promises to be an exciting night filled with celebration and community spirit!

The Gala isn't just a gathering; it's a testament to the collaboration and dedication that defines our school, and a great opportunity to get to know the parents and teachers of Bay Farm School at a memorable evening.  The auction features over 150 prizes generously donated from Alameda businesses, parents, and teachers in our community.  The event represents our largest fundraiser which contributes significantly to the funds necessary to help our students in the their education goals. In fact the last Gala & Auction in 2018 raised over $80,000 and we are hoping to beat that this year!

How can you contribute?

  • Purchase tickets here to attend the Gala at $75 per ticket including dinner and a sparkling wine welcome drink!  OR 
  • Consider hosting a table of 10 for $825, and invite friends and other parents from your child's class to share your table of ten places (including tickets) with priority table position!
  • Volunteer to assist with event planning or help on the day of the Gala
  • Consider donating an item or service for the auction
  • Participate in the auction and raffle organized around the Gala

  The auction program includes:

  • An online auction opening on April 26th and closing on May 5th, with a wide range of fun and unique items to bid on
  • A raffle with a short list of larger opportunities including travel, dinners, and entertainment - open to all to buy tickets for a chance to win!
  • A live and silent auction AT THE GALA with spectacular weekends away and unique experiences. Tickets on sale now!

Be ready to bid and be sure to include friends and family who we would love to have participate in these events. Bidding in the online auction is a great way to get aunts/uncles/grandparents involved in helping raise funds for your child's school.

A fun evening of games, dinner, drinks, a photobooth, a live auction and...DANCING!
