2017 SeaGrapes Wine & Food Festival Silent Auction

The Florida Aquarium’s mission is to entertain, educate and inspire stewardship about our natural environment. The Florida Aquarium is a nonprofit organization that depends on community support for our education, conservation and animal rescue and rehabilitation programs, including:

Outreach Camps and Sponsored Admissions: Make it possible for underserved children to learn about the natural environment in a fun and entertaining way.
Workshops and Seminars: support from SeaGrapes offers educators valuable strategies and resources to teach their students about protecting fragile natural resources. More than 8,000 Florida teachers and thousands of students have benefited from these programs.
Coral Conservation and Restoration: Coral reefs are in great danger. The Florida Aquarium leads a statewide partnership to grow coral fragments and replant them on coral reefs in the wild. Our restoration efforts have shown excellent results and the program continues to grow.
Rescue and Rehabilitation: Endangered sea turtles and river otters often need care as a result of environmental disasters or injuries caused by humans. Our full-time, 24 hour veterinary program assists with rehabilitation efforts nationwide.
