The Auction is Now Closed

Thank you to all of the bidders, businesses, and families who participated in this year's online auction and helped make it a success! The money raised will help the Mason-Rice PTO support a variety of enrichment programming for our elementary school.

There are four options for obtaining your product/service. Please read this carefully.

1. Electronic gift certificates and vouchers: You do nothing. An email will be sent to you by Sunday, February 6th. The email used will be the email setup in Bidding For Good. Be sure to check your spam/junk mail folder!

2. Parent-donated items, events, parties/experiences OR one of the teacher experiences: You do nothing. You will receive an email directly from the host/donor. You do not need to pick anything up.

3. Physical items (Gift cards, small items, gift baskets, etc.): Please pick up items at one of the options below.

Monday, February 7th, 8:00-8:30am @ Mason-Rice Elementary School (Front door)

Tuesday, February 8th, 2:45-3:30 pm @ Mason-Rice Elementary School (Front door)

Saturday, February 12th, 2:00-4:00 @ 138 Lake Ave, Newton (Porch door)

4. Physical items shipped outside NEWTON, MA area: We will mail items that can be mailed in a standard envelope (gift cards) to the mailing address listed in your Bidding For Good account. All other items requiring box shipping will be shipped at your expense. We will confirm via email any postage costs prior to mailing. If you would like to use an alternative address to what is listed in Bidding For Good, please email us ASAP at mrptoauction@gmail.com.

All auction purchases are final and are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Some items and categories including Teacher Experiences are available to Mason-Rice families ONLY. (Review descriptions carefully.)

IF YOU WIN: At the close of the auction, all winning bidders will receive an email (email address on-file with Bidding For Good) with details for delivery or pickup options. All electronic gift certificates will be emailed to winners as soon as possible. You do not need to contact us.

LARGE ITEMS: Please read item descriptions carefully! Winning bidders of items that need to be shipped are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs will be calculated and communicated via email prior to shipment.

Online Auction Terms & Conditions:

All auction items are sold "as is" and all sales are final and non-refundable. A bid on an item constitutes a non-refundable, binding agreement to purchase the item.

"Mason-Rice Only" and "Teacher Experiences" items and events may only be purchased by members of the Mason-Rice community. "Mason-Rice Only" and "Teacher Experiences" events are non-refundable but can be transferred to another member of the Mason-Rice community if authorized by the event donor.

Gift certificates and gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to the purchase is between the donor and the winning bidder. Please review the value, uses, restrictions, and expiration dates before bidding to avoid disappointment.

"Highest Bid Wins!" If your bid is the highest bid, your credit card will be charged within 48 hours of the online auction closing. An emailed receipt will be sent to the email address on-file with Bidding For Good.

"Buy it Now" items are processed the moment you make the bid; the same as making a consumer online purchase.Your credit card will be charged within 48 hours of placing "Buy it Now" bids. An emailed receipt will be sent to the email on file from Bidding For Good.
