Scope of Position: Margot serves as chair of the Key Foundation and is responsible for managing the company's $20 million social investment program and workforce diversity initiatives.

Education: She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Hampton University and a Master of Arts degree in Educational Research and Statistics from The Ohio State University.

Affiliations: A graduate of the Leadership Cleveland Class of 1991; trustee of the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland Foundation; The Great Lakes Museum of Science, Environment and Technology; University Hospitals of Cleveland; The Community Partnership for Arts and Culture; Playhouse Square Foundation; Hawken School; and the President's Advisory Council of Case Western Reserve University. Mayor Michael R. White appointed Margot as Vice Chairperson of the 1996 Cleveland Bicentennial Commission and subsequently to the Cleveland Millennium Commission.
