Nicolas-Jay, the rising star of Oregon Pinot Noir, is a collaboration between two long-time friends - famed Burgundian winemaker Jean-Nicolas Méo of Domaine Méo-Camuzet, and visionary music entrepreneur and wine-lover Jay Boberg. Nicolas-Jay Willamette Valley Pinot Noirs are consistently ranked high in Wine Spectator and have won numerous awards. Wine Spectator says " this high-profile vineyard builds a velvety silky seductive wine that impresses immediately."
Jay is known as the founder of IRS Records where he was responsible for managing the careers of bands REM, the GoGos, the Bangles, English Beat, Fine Young Cannibals and many others. Jean-Nicolas Meo spent nearly 30 years making wines from legendary vineyards like Richebourg, Clos de Vougeot, Corton Clos Rognet and Echezeaux.
