Aly's On Demand Studio is a monthly membership based streaming studio to be used anytime anywhere with classes ranging from 5 minute "snacks for the body" to a full 50 minute workout for all levels with optional modifications.The classes are organized under the following categories: Mat, Reformer, Pre and Postnatal, Body Snacks and Tips. Aly Mattoon is a multi-disciplined Pilates Instructor, Fitness expert, dancer and movement educator in Los Angeles. She is also the creator of the dance fitness workout BodyBPM™ and her signature Pilates FIT class. Each of her workouts are well crafted, easy to follow with attention to body safety and proper alignment.

In the event that a company, organization or event goes out of business, is cancelled, or is no longer able to provide the donated service, your contribution will become a tax-deductible donation to Samohi Orchestras and no refunds will be issued.
