FUND-A-CAUSE

Each year, the PTA identifies a vital project that needs funding and then launches a quick targeted fundraising campaign at the Gala to raise money.  This year, the PTA Gala Fund-a-Cause is the repair and maintenance of the Electronic Gym Divider.  Every day, there are usually more than 100 students (ranging from K-12th grades) using the gym during the same class period, and there are balls flying and children running.  

If we can raise $10,000 right now, we will be able to repair the full-length Electronic Gym Divider (plus cover the maintenance fees for at least 5 years) and the PE teachers will be able to expand the wall during the day (to protect one side of the gym from being hit by balls and pucks from the other side of the gym) and retract the wall in the afternoon before our sports teams need it for practice and games.  Let's raise the funds right now to ensure that our students of every age have a safe, fun experience in PE class.

This is a project that benefits every NEST+m student, regardless of grade.
