Urban Montessori Charter School hosts its first ever Laughs for Learning, a comedy event and auction benefitting public Montessori education in Oakland, California.

We are excited to invite you to a comedy auction event hosted by JR Havlan, an 8-time Emmy Award winning writer for The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, and featuring national headliners Mark Pitta and Geoff Bolt.  Please note that this is an event for adults 21 and up.

As part of the entertainment, there will be a LIVE auction and a SILENT auction that night, in addition to our ONLINE auction running from March 18th through March 28th at midnight.  You can bid on silent auction items until 12pm March 20th.  Preview of online auction items begins on March 5th.  New items are constantly being added.  We have over 100 items!!  LIVE auction items will include private concerts and exotic trips, while the ONLINE auction items will range from $25 in value to priceless experiences, and more.
