Meal Choices

The three-course menu has been specially selected for this gala and will be prepared by Hazeltine's new Executive Chef Michael Patton, whose cuisine has been served at some of the nation's best restaurants, as well as at The White House.

• Slow braised beef short ribs served with roasted garlic whipped potatoes, seasonal vegetable, and red wine braising jus
• Cedar plank salmon served with mashed Yukon potatoes, sautéed asparagus, and beurre blanc
• Lentils served with roasted root vegetables, coconut curry, and brown rice

Each meal includes:

Arugula salad served with beets, local goat cheese, pickled fennel, and balsamic vinaigrette

Flourless chocolate torte served with Grand Marnier whipped cream and raspberries
