Thank you for contributing to the Reed School Association Auction -- ReedBay. Reed School Association (RSA), the parent organization for Reed School in Ladue, funds an array of important initiatives for this award-winning, public elementary school – from classroom enrichment and supplies, to field trips, arts programs, teacher education and technology enhancement. ReedBay is our biggest fundraising event planned this year and will run online from February 28 to March 10, 2013.
By donating, your business’ logo and contact information will be available to the hundreds of Ladue school district families who attend Reed School. These families can link right to your website or email address from your company name or logo on ReedBay’s site -
reedschoolauction.com. By contributing an item/service valued at $500 or more, you'll be deemed an auction sponsor and receive additional marketing advantages, like home page placement and mentions in our weekly e-newsletter.
To submit an auction item to ReedBay, you will be asked to provide some information about the item you would like to donate, along with digital pictures of the item if you have any. If the item(s) needs to be picked up, we'll contact you by email to make arrangements. After the auction is complete you will receive a tax donation email letter from us, indicating the total dollar amount your item/service earned. And, if you're interested, we can provide you a report post-auction letting you know just how many Reed School families clicked through to your website from
reedschoolauction.com.
