Donate An Item

Donating items to our auction catalog is a great way to support our fundraising efforts! To submit an item using this platform, you will be asked to provide some information along with digital pictures of the item.The auction committee will contact you by email after the item has been reviewed.

We kindly request completed donor forms and donations by   December 15 2023 or January 12, 2024, at the latest.

As you might know, it has been over 40 years now that Sun and Stars Montessori school has offered preschool-aged children a nurturing and safe environment in which to grow and develop. We would not have been nearly as successful over the years, without the continued help from community members such as yourself!

Money raised through this event will primarily be used for our collaborative scholarship programs and to make much needed school improvements. We would like to request your support in the form of a *tax-deductible gift certificate or item for our silent, live, or online auction. Gift certificates for dining or local shopping, travel, and unique experiences have proven to be very popular with our bidders. Ideal wine donations include large format bottles, library vintages, verticals, futures and tasting room exclusives, but of course we are extremely grateful for any donation.

As a contributor to our fundraiser, your business will be acknowledged in our auction publishings. Our parent population supports the businesses and services in our community. We in turn, hope you will join other shops and restaurants that are helping to make this annual event a success. Thank you so very much for your consideration.
