Donate An Item

The online and in-person auction is a Symposium favorite! Bidding will take place online beginning the week before the auction, and it will close on the final afternoon of the Symposium with a live auction.

SHIPPING:

Most items will be featured online, with select items on display on-site at the Symposium.

We encourage you to choose "This item will be sent directly to the winning bidder" on this donation form. The week after the Symposium, we'll provide the winning bidders' addresses and ask you to ship to them.

If your item is large and heavy, we can ask the winning bidder to retrieve it. On this form, please select "The organization is expected to pick this item up." While this limits the audience of potential bidders, it may be the most practical option for everyone. Please specify the item's pickup location in the "Additional info" section.
