Donate An Item

Donating items to our auction catalog is a great way to support our fundraising auction effort. We appreciate any items you donate as well as any items you gather and submit on behalf of other donors!

To submit an item donation to this auction, you will be asked to provide some information about the item you would like to donate, along with digital pictures of the item.  If you have any questions, please don't hestitate to reach our auction team at auction@veriditas.org.

You can either ship the donated item directly to the winning bidder after the close-out of the auction, or you can send it to our home office before September 6th and we can handle the shipping for you. Please remember that part of your donation is being responsible for the shipping of your item to the winning bidder, and costs associated with that shipping if you choose to send it directly. Our system is unable to charge bidders/reimburse donors for shipping costs unless the items are being sent from our home office. Items received after that date, may not be able to be listed in this year's auction.
