Item Description
When Christopher was a child, his mother had a yellow metal step stool. He would often lay the chair down on its back, sit inside it, and pretend that he was blasting off to space or racing other drivers. His goal with this project was to create an interactive chair that would spark the imagination of the user, allowing them to create journeys of their own.
Media: Birch plywood, oak finials, oak and poplar dowels, canvas drop cloth, nylon rope, nails, screws, wood glue
