The condo is in Crescent Beach, one of the more secluded and certainly most well kept small residential areas of the entire resort at Palmas del Mar; also, one of the few that is exclusive beachfront property condos.
There are no separate homes in the Crescent Beach area. All are condos ranging from studios to two-level townhouse-type dwellings. This villa, as condos are called, is a semi-one bedroom condo. Reason being that it has a partial separation (a glass-block, partial-wall division that provides considerable privacy) between the sleeping quarters and the rest of the villa.
It has a full kitchen with all amenities, including dishwasher, microwave, exhaust fan, 4-burner electric stove, ceiling fan, full-size refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, toaster, an eat-in counter for 4 persons and all other amenities. The living room has a fouton sofa that turns into a double bed. The villa is cable-ready with comcast-like channels (several hundred), with cable Internet and a 32” flat-screen, HDTV on a large swivel arm near the foot of the bed together with a VHS player/receiver. The villa also has phone service for incoming calls. The bed is a 4-poster, king-size bed with sliding glass doors with view of the ocean.
In fact, the villa is barely 100 yards from the ocean beach, with two swimming pools just to its righthand side. The villa is on the ground floor with easy access to parking.
