Item Description
Easy Tiger's artisan baker David Norman apprenticed in France, and Paula Disbrowe, cookbook author/Southern Living editor Paula Disbrowe spent a year cooking at a chateau near Cannes. Together the husband-wife team will prepare a South of France inspired bread lover's feast for eight people. David will prepare a bread for each course (think crusty baguettes slathered with tapenade, lardon-studded fougasse, pain perdu made with his buttery croissants), and Paula will prepare a menu of her chateau favorites, including soupe au pistou, rosemary-scented lamb and eggplant-tomato gastrique, and more.
The wine will be selected and provided by Glazer's.
Expect a fun-filled night of laughter, too much wine, and pissaldiere and plenty of tomatoes, garlic, and rosemary.
