Vegetarian Dumpling Making Session
Learn to make delectable Asian vegetarian dumplings at this Community Sign-up! We'll make a few fillings, learn to wrap the dumplings in a few different ways, cook the babies up (we'll pan fry, steam and boil) and taste your creations. You'll leave with recipes, hands-on experience of wrapping and most likely with some leftovers to share with loved ones. This session will be vegetarian -- if you are looking for a more meat-forward Dumpling session, look for the meat-forward Dumpling Making session.
Special Notes: Site: Liz and David Scanlan have graciously offered to host at their home in Sausalito.
Date: June 8, 2024 to start around mid- to late-afternoon. Session will last approximately 3 hours to prep and eat afterwards
