Kids especially love these for minor injuries - not as cold as a true ice pack, cute patterns and fun to toss around! Great for stress headaches, sinus pain and for falling asleep every night (it's like a weighted blanket for your eyes).
Heat in the microwave for roughly 60-90 seconds for warm compresses and muscle aches.
Unscented (since some people are allergic), add your favorite essential oil to increase effectiveness, especially for bedtime (lavender is my favorite for bedtime).
