Shadow Cats takes in urgent, critical and at-risk cats who often need very expensive medical care. For example, recent intakes Emmie, has a looming $5K surgery to repair her palate and other oral injuries. Lenny had a $2600 dental and medical bill last week. Marlene's needs are still being debated. It goes on and on. Our annual vet bill is generally around $130K each year.
