Description

Located in the heart of the beautiful lakes region of NH, your stay at this cozy waterfront cottage means you'll have easy access to all the area has to offer. Enjoy swimming, boating, or hanging out on the beach; while still being an easy drive to attractions such as Castle in the Clouds, concerts at Meadowbrook, the M/S Mount Washington and many, many more. Hike Red Hill or Mount Major and enjoy the fall foliage. NH's White Mountains are close by as well; drive the scenic Kancamagus Highway. It's a vacationer's paradise! There’s nothing quite like autumn in New Hampshire!

Come relax in beautiful Moultonborough and see why people think the lakes region of NH is one of the most beautiful places in the world. This home is on a quiet but easily accessible road with 100-feet of waterfront on Lake Winnipesaukee. The house accommodates six people nicely. There is a master bedroom overlooking the lake and two smaller bedrooms; each of those has two twin beds.

This is a great family vacation site! On-site, there is a shared beach (shared only with the owner, and completely private Monday through Friday), a floating swim-dock, and a shady deck overlooking the beach and lake that’s for the exclusive use of the renter. The beach is sandy and child-friendly. Additionally, you will be able to dock up to a 30-foot-boat on our large, easily accessible, permanent dock. You’ll have the use of a canoe, kayaks and a sailboat; powerboat rentals are nearby. The cottage has a large, screened-in porch that’s perfect for lounging, dining or entertaining. The kitchen is fully applianced, including a gas grill just outside the door. WiFi and cable TV are included.
