FOOD & BEVERAGES: All meals (breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea 3-5pm, dinner and late night snacks) and all beverages (name-brand liquors, house wine by the glass, Caribbean beers, tropical coolers and soft drinks by the glass) in any of our top-notch restaurants except Piccolo Mondo (which requires a $35.00 supplement fee per person per reservation). St. James's Club also provides a welcome cocktail upon arrival.
WATER SPORTS: Snorkeling, Windsurfing, Sailing, Kayaking, Stand Up Paddle Boarding and Paddle Boats.
LANDSPORTS: Six Tennis Courts, Billiards and Ping Pong.
AMENITIES: Two White-Sand Beaches, Six Distinctive Swimming Pools (2 Adult Only), Fitness Center.
KIDZ CLUB: Children ages 2-11 (if potty trained) enjoy exciting, creative activities daily from 9am-10pm.

- Wining bidder responsible for a all inclusive supplement of $125 per person per night that provides dining, beverages, resort activities, service charges, and taxes ($60 per day per child under 12).

Handling: GSHH will charge a $4.10 handling, packaging, and processing fee for all items.
Shipping: We review the weight and value for all lots by shipping location to determine the shipping charge.
Special Pick-Up of items at GSHH Regional Offices can be made to avoid shipping charge only. You must notify administrator within 24 hours of winning bid notification to avoid shipping charges. No Exceptions please.
Items will be shipped within 14 days of successful payment processing.
