With this release of a handful of rare vintages from the 1980's, Buffalo Trace has taken things up a notch
Bottled at 90 proof without chill filtration, this is one of only 100 bottles being released from the 1980 vintage.
Celebrate bourbon from a bygone era, with this O.F.C vintage whiskey from 1980. Sourced from the barrels of yesteryear, each hand-cut crystal bottle of whiskey commemorates the year it was put into a barrel to age. As the first release of its kind, this limited edition bottle is one of only 100 bottles and cannot be bought in stores.
Honoring a Legend
Colonel E.H. Taylor Jr. christened the O.F.C Distillery in 1870 and this legendary whisky brand has been revered ever since. The most state-of-the-art distillery of its era featured copper fermentation vats, column still, and a first-of-its-kind stean heating system, still used in their warehouses today. This very rate and collectible bourbon honors the O.F.C. Distillery, a National Historic Landmark known today as Buffalo Trace Distillery.
