Jennifer’s work is inspired by the beautiful Colorado landscape.
Artist Bio:
Jennifer Ressmann was born and raised in Wisconsin. Jennifer carried out her art studies at the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design. After graduating with honors in the spring of 1994 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography, she moved to Colorado and worked in the commercial photography and graphic design fields. With many fun years freelancing and running the design department at the Sentinel & Transcript Newspapers, she met her husband through some mutual friends in Golden, Colorado.
Jennifer’s focus became painting this beautiful land - The Colorado Landscape: Ranches, Cows, and Mountains! Recently, she's had the opportunity to make Florida part of her life - and Coastal Paintings came to life! If you don't find her in the studio, she's probably out hiking with her dogs in one of her favorite Colorado fields or strolling on the beach with her husband. “The beauty of Colorado has always inspired my work. It's gorgeous every day of the week."

Online Bidding:
We are offering online bidding for the Painted Cats, Flat Cats, Clay Cats and the Paper Cats from May 13th through September 13th. Online bidding will close on September 13th.
Bidding will resume at the Tails of the Painted Cats Gala Dinner & Auction on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at Pinehurst Country Club from 5-8pm.
Please note: If you are unable to attend the Gala Dinner be sure to set your maximum bid online by September 13th and we will serve as your proxy bidder during the event.
Winning bidders are responsible for all shipping costs.
The Painted Cat will be shipped through UPS. Delivery signature and insurance will be required. The cost for insurance will be based on the winning bid amount.

All cats will be available for pick up at the Gala Dinner & Auction on September 16, 2017. Cats that need to be shipped will be shipped on September 18, 2017.
