Lifetime Adoption of Mac, a male great white shark

Mac was photographed at Guadalupe Island, a known aggregation site of white sharks. Although males visit aggregation sites annually, we don’t know if Mac will be spotted again.

Mac's guardian will receive an Adoption Certificate and an 8” x 10” photograph of him. Whenever a sighting of Mac is reported, his guardian will be notified. 

Individual great white sharks are identified by the trailing edge of the first dorsal fin, body patterns particularly on and at the base of the pectoral fins and around the mouth, permanent scars, and mutilations.

All winning bids are deductible from US Federal 2017 income taxes as Charitable Donations.
