Local residents may make arrangements for pick-up between February 1?February 15, 2018.
1. Your bid on an item is a binding agreement to pay Temple Sholom for the services/items offered.
2. Unless otherwise noted, the deadline on redeeming services will be January 29, 2019.
3. Temple Sholom warrants neither the quality nor the value of the items or services auctioned. All items are sold in "as is" condition. Dollar values are estimated and provided by the donor and are not warranted by Temple Sholom.
4. Items may not be returned or exchanged.
5. By participating in this Auction, each bidder recognizes that neither Temple Sholom nor anyone who assists in conducting this Auction shall be liable for any occurrence resulting from this Auction by reason of use of auctioned items or services.
