Only a two minute walk down a quiet road to the white sand beach of Playa Guiones, with a secluded surf break. The home is surrounded by 1200 meters of lush gardens.
Wildlife galore: monkeys, pezotes, armadillos, raccoons, various types of birds, lots of butterflies, iguanas, porcupines, lizards, geckos, frogs, and even a stray turtle or two!
