Mixology Class hosted by Sammy & Caroline at Solas

2-hour Mixology Class hosted by Sammy & Caroline for up to 6 people. Appetizers included.

Sammy & Caroline, our neighborhood restauranteurs/connoisseurs/raconteurs, will host a 2-hour evening of drinks, appetizers, and laughter at Solas.  Learn how to mix the latest and most intoxicating beverages that will ensure your own evening of merriment.

Solas (Gaelic for "light") generates a warmth worthy of its name. Downstairs, red honeycomb lamps flush the dark walls, bathing the artsy, unpretentious crowd of Guinness drinkers in soothing incandescence. Heat rises, and on the weekends, Solas follows suit upstairs in the spacious lounge, where the D.J.s stoke a burning blend of trip-hop, acid jazz and deep house. In the adjacent Red Room, crimson walls and flickering candles cast a blushing glow on those taking a break from the disco inferno next door.

Note:  Winning pick-up times and location will be posted on auction homepage upon closing. Liquids or food may not be mailed. Only items certificates fitting in a standard sized envelope can be mailed. Winners will be charged mailing costs plus a $1.00 S&H fee. If you need item(s) mailed, you must notify gala@sprucestreetpta.org by Tuesday May 27th, 2018. Items will be mailed after scheduled pick-up dates. We are not responsible for items if you do not pick up during posted pick up times and no mailing is arranged.
