2 Hour Training Session for 1-5 youths (grades 5-8th) at Berylson Field, Harvard University Athletic Complex.
Get expert coaching from Kathleen Young #19 (senior captain), Casey Allen #7 (junior midfielder) and Natalie Sicher #6 (sophomore forward)
All youths in grades 5-8 welcome to bid.
Focuses on overal quickness and game awareness, capitalizing on shots and rebounds, moves around a defender, improving corner skills (insert, stick stop, hit, sweet, tips), and other focus areas available upon request (with notice so we can prepare drills in advance for the specific area you wish to improve in)
Opportunity to talk with HFH players about field hockey in general and their lives at Harvard
